Expertise
Tammy entered the construction industry in 2003 when she joined the Shambaugh team. She has progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career including Service Coordinator and Operations Manager.
In 2021, Tammy was tasked with developing a special projects division within our service department. Her solid experience working with preventative maintenance contracts and small projects, coupled with years of field and administrative staff management expertise, made Tammy the clear choice to build the division.
Under her direction, it expanded to include project engineering, sales, project superintendents, and multiple field staff. In 2024, Tammy was promoted to Director of our Indianapolis location.
Tammy has been directly involved in projects in a wide variety of markets for many high-profile clients, including logistics companies, school districts and universities, governmental organizations, manufacturers, airports, and more.
The Personal Side
Tammy and her husband enjoy camping, boating, tropical vacations, and spending time with their family.
