Qualified technicians from EMCOR Services Shambaugh’s (ESS) chiller team were dispatched to assess the condition of the two York YK chillers. Our technicians evaluated the chillers, replaced faulty parts, made miscellaneous repairs, and performed the annual preventive maintenance necessary to extend the life of the chillers.

Solutions
ESS was awarded the contract to improve the performance of and provide maintenance for two existing chillers. The scope of services performed included:
- Replacement of shaft seals, two faulty oil pump/motor units, a variable frequency drive control board, and multiple faulty king valves
- Repair of several leaks
