Lonnie is responsible for service coordination within the greater Detroit area. He works closely with the Service/Project Manager, overseeing both scheduling and dispatching of service technicians, and with the parts team. 

As a senior company representative, Lonnie communicates with our customers on a regular basis to review current services, repairs, and projects completed, as well as expectations and future needs. In all his efforts, he strives to help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while pushing the branch towards departmental goals and objectives. 

Expertise

Lonnie entered the industry in 1990, and he joined the EMCOR Services Shambaugh team in 2022, bring with him a strong background in maintenance agreements, construction sales, and HVAC and refrigeration technical expertise. 

A proven self-starter, Lonnie has the ability to think critically and strategically. He gives great attention to detail in his work and is organized and reliable. 

Throughout his career, Lonnie has worked on a number of high-profile projects in a wide variety of markets, including a state-wide retrofit for a large portfolio of pharmacy locations, a cutting-edge facility for a leading chemical company, complex testing chambers for aviation and aerospace equipment, and much more. 

The Personal Side

Lonnie and his wife have been married for more than 20 years. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and camping with family and friends.
