Roger received a technical degree in HVAC from Universal Technical Institute and an associate degree in applied science from Indiana University South Bend.
He has also earned Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-hour certification and National Fire Protection Association 70 certification. Additionally, Roger holds Mechanical Contractor and Builder licenses in Michigan, and Plumbing and Backflow licenses in Indiana.
